What is a subscription box?

A subscription box is a (usually) monthly subscription service where a monthly box of goodies is shipped straight to your door!  With Silhouette Life Inspiration Box, you can enjoy new Silhouette tools and supplies each and every month, along with the resources to find reputable and trustworthy companies!

How much is the monthly fee?
In exchange for an awesome box valued at $70, the monthly subscription fee is $34.99 plus $5 shipping within the US.

Do you offer international shipping?

Absolutely! Please send an email to SilhouetteLifeInspirationBox@gmail.com with your mailing address for a personalized quote.

What will I receive every month?
Each month will be a new and exciting adventure with new and exciting tools and supplies!  Each and every month you will receive a brand new box with all the supplies you need for some pretty awesome projects!  As an added bonus, we will also provide step-by-step tutorials along the way to show you how to use your new monthly allotment of awesomeness, along with free cut files and project inspiration!

Where are the tutorials at?

My Paper Craze, of course!  Check them out: www.mypapercraze.com .  All subscribers will receive a newsletter via email each month that includes the dates and direct links for each tutorial.  The tutorial list will also be available on the blog.

Will I need any special tools or supplies?
No way!  We will provide everything you need, except for the most basic tools, such as a squeegee or a craft knife.  If you are just beginning, be sure to check out our Welcome Package for an introductory bundle that can be included in your first box for a very small fee.  This would be a one-time purchase and will not change your subscription in any way.

Will I know in advance what will be included in the box?
No way, that would ruin the surprise!  We want you to look forward to receiving your inspiration box on your doorstep each and every month, as we stuff it full of great products and supplies.

If I don't like the items included in the box, can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, no.  All of our items are carefully chosen and paired with complimentary items with your satisfaction in mind.  However, you can reach out to us at any time with any feedback you have to offer, new ideas you would like to see, or new products you want to try!  We can't make any promises, but we can try our best!

What happens if I want to skip a month?
If you decide, for any reason, to skip a month of your awesome Silhouette Life Inspiration Box subscription, simply log-in to your account and exercise that option.  We won't hold it against you, promise!

How can I change my billing or shipping information?

Easy!  Just log into your account and make any changes you need to make!  Update your payment card, billing address, shipping address, email address, etc.  Your information is safely and securely stored with our website host.

When do I pay, when do you ship and when will my box arrive?

All subscriptions will auto-renew each month on the 20th to the billing information stored in your account.  We begin shipping on or before the 1st of each month, pending weekends or holidays.  Boxes are sent out in batches, but they will all be shipped promptly and you will be notified of the shipping information.  Once we ship the boxes, they are in the hands of the shipping carrier and could take 7-10 days for delivery, but most are delivered within a few days unless you are an international customer.

My payment declined, what do I do now?

If it is before the 1st of the month, go ahead and update your billing information and your payment should reprocess.  Feel free to drop us a line and we can keep an eye on the backend processes.  After 10 business days, unpaid subscriptions will be cancelled for non-payment.  If you wish to subscribe, join our newsletter and you will be notified when subscriptions open again.

What happens if I don't receive my box?

All boxes are shipped with tracking numbers that are delivered straight to your email address.  You'll be able to get the most up-to-date information straight from the shipping carrier!  If you did not receive shipping information, please log into your account and check your billing information.

Can I cancel my subscription?
While we would be very sad to lose you, we do understand that things happens.  Your subscription can be cancelled at any time.  Any fees already paid are non-refundable.

If I cancel my subscription, do I get a refund?

Typically, no.  If you cancel you subscription after your box has shipped, a refund will not be issued.  If you cancel your subscription after the billing date (the 20th of each month) and before the shipping date (usually the 1st of each month), refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.  Please email SilhouetteLifeInspirationBox@gmail.com for consideration.

Are monthly boxes available for individual purchase?

No, boxes are only available as a monthly subscription.  However, excesses boxes and supplies will be available as a one-time purchase to active subscribers only.  This means if you have an active subscription, you can purchase items from the store and they will be shipped to you directly.  If you purchase items without a monthly subscription, your purchase will be cancelled and refunded.  We only offer purchased goods in the store.  All sponsored items can be purchased directly from the sponsor!

Why do you offer products for sale in your store, isn't that a conflict?

No.  We only sell excess merchandise that was purchased for inclusion in the box.  We do not sell any sponsored product, which can be purchased straight from the sponsor (which we happily encourage you to do!).  We simply do not wish to store excess goods from past boxes, so we pass the savings on to you!

I signed up during a pre-order, what does that mean?

If you signed up during a pre-order, this means you pay in advance to secure your subscription for the next expansion.  For example, we recently offered the November Pre-Order.  Subscribers that purchased the pre-order will not receive a box until November, even though the payment has already been processed.  However, they will not be re-billed until the end of November (for the box mailing December 1st).  Pre-order subscriptions ARE eligible to purchase one-time shop items and boxes.

How do we know that your products are reliable and we are purchasing from trustworthy sources?

All the items you receive in the box and vendors that we link up to are vetted from personal experience.  We have personally used these companies in the past and have had successful encounters with their products and company.

I have a company and sell Silhouette goods, how can I sponsor products for a future box?

Please send an email to SilhouetteLifeInspirationBox@gmail.com.  We are happy to discuss sponsorships on a case-by-case basis and have an established verification process.

Are you affiliated with Silhouette America?

No, we are in no way, shape or form affiliated with Silhouette America, we just love their amazing machines and products.

Can I subscribe if I have a Cricut or other cutting machine?

Yes, you certainly can!  All of our products can be used with all hobby cutting machines!  In the event that we decide to send out any Silhouette specific products, we will send an email to all subscribers to ensure we send you substitute products that can be used with your machine of choice.  One thing to keep in mind is that our tutorials are performed in Silhouette Studio and on a Silhouette Cameo, so you may need to locate a reputable tutorial source for your cutting machine.  Who knows, maybe we'll convert you.
